RTCOMM operates a training institute that is recognized by the Quebec government and certified by Emploi-Québec.*

RTCOMM is accredited by Ministère de la Sécurité publique has certified the «Media Relations» group and assisted distance training course, the only media training course to be certified by the Ministère in an emergency communications context.

RTCOMM is accredited by Chambre de sécurité financière and the courses we offer count towards 7 professional development units (PDUs) in sector 1.
