Crisis Simulations

RTCOMM organizes crisis simulations to help you assess your level of preparation, develop your crisis skills, and interact with your colleagues when a crisis occurs.

Our simulations are led by experienced instructors who know crises inside and out and how to better prepare for them.

The tables are placed in a circle. Each table is a crisis cell, and participants are an active member of the cell. A crisis management plan is developed and then the crisis strikes. The instructor’s guidance, media components, and the newspaper articles provided will put you right in the heart of the action!
